Tactive Sport B.V. develops and operates the Tactive XR football training platform available on Meta Quest devices.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use:

• The Tactive application on Meta Quest
• Our online platform and subscription services
• Live remote training sessions

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Account Information

When creating a Tactive account with email and password, we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Profile picture
• Organisation
• Role, such as player, coach or analyst

This information is stored in your account.

3.2 XR and Training Data

During training sessions, the application processes:

• Head position tracking
• Hand position tracking
• Movement data within the virtual environment
• Tactical decision metrics
• Reaction and performance metrics

We do not use controller tracking or eye tracking.

Movement data is transmitted in real time to enable remote participation during multiplayer or live coaching sessions.

We store tactical and performance metrics to provide training reviews and progress insights.

We do not create biometric identifiers.

3.3 Mixed Reality and Passthrough

The application uses passthrough functionality provided by the Meta Quest operating system to create mixed reality experiences.

We do not:

• Store passthrough video
• Transmit passthrough video
• Access raw camera recordings outside the Meta OS environment

Passthrough functionality operates locally on the device.

3.4 Voice Data

Voice communication is used during live remote coaching sessions.

Voice is:

• Transmitted in real time
• Not recorded by default
• Not stored as raw audio

Where the user has provided explicit consent, voice may be processed to generate a written training summary.

In such cases:

• Raw audio is not permanently stored
• The generated summary text may be stored in the user's account as part of training feedback

3.5 Session Recordings

Users may optionally enable session recordings.

Recordings may include:

• Data point replays in virtual space
• Video snippets from the virtual training session

Recordings are:

• Stored in the user's account
• Accessible only to the user
• Deletable by the user

3.6 Payment Information

Access to the application requires:

• An active subscription
• Or one-time purchases

Payments are processed through our online platform.

Tactive Sport B.V. does not store full credit card information directly within the XR application.

3.7 Technical and Hosting Data

We use Amazon Web Services located in the European Union to host:

• Account data
• Training metrics
• Recordings
• Backend infrastructure

We do not use:

• Google Analytics
• Meta Analytics
• Third-party behavioural tracking tools

4. How We Use Information

We process personal data to:

• Provide XR training functionality
• Enable multiplayer and live coaching sessions
• Generate training feedback and summaries
• Maintain user accounts
• Manage subscriptions and payments
• Improve system stability and security

We do not sell personal data.

We do not use training data for advertising purposes.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Under GDPR, we rely on:

• Performance of a contract, to provide training services
• Legitimate interest, to improve service quality and security
• Consent, where required, such as voice summary generation

6. Children and Minors

The application may be used by minors, including youth players.

Where required under applicable law:

• Parental or guardian consent must be obtained
• Clubs or organisations may be responsible for ensuring appropriate consent

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate legal basis.

Parents or guardians may contact us to request access or deletion of a minor's data.

7. Data Retention

We retain:

• Account information for the duration of the active account
• Training metrics as long as necessary to provide progress tracking
• Optional session recordings until deleted by the user
• Administrative and billing data in accordance with legal obligations

When an account is deleted, associated personal data is removed or anonymised unless legal retention obligations apply.

8. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

• Hosting provider Amazon Web Services, EU region
• Payment processing providers
• Service providers assisting in infrastructure and security

We do not share personal data for marketing or advertising.

Data is not transferred outside the European Union unless appropriate safeguards are in place.
